Job summary

Kaufman Rossin seeks a VP of Platform Engineering to lead the strategy, delivery, and governance of KR’s Platform Engineering. You will guide AI application development, Salesforce CRM, Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and automation initiatives, with a global delivery team in Bengaluru.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership across cloud and platform engineering, strong governance, and cross-border collaboration with analytics, security, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across software development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering.
• Proven leadership experience with AI and ML apps, including LLMs, Azure OpenAI, responsible AI.
• Experience implementing M Files or a comparable document management system.
• Experience in a regulated, document-intensive, professional services environment.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or comparable enterprise architecture framework.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for cloud platforms, DevOps, Kubernetes, IaC, and AI tooling.
• Build, retain a high-performing global engineering team across Florida and Bengaluru.
• Manage Platform Engineering budget, headcount, cloud costs, tools, and vendor contracts.
• Lead transformational initiatives while driving AI applications and governance.
• Oversee AI applications on Azure; ensure regulatory compliance and security.
