Job summary

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software development, cloud, and platform engineering.
Deep expertise in Azure and AWS architecture, governance, cost management, and DevOps.
Proven track record with AI/machine learning applications and related tooling.
Experience implementing automation and document management tools for professional services.

Responsibilities

Lead Platform Engineering strategy, roadmap, and governance across cloud, DevOps, and AI tools.
Build and retain a high-performing global engineering team in South Florida and Bengaluru.
Manage Platform Engineering budget, headcount, cloud costs, tools, and vendor contracts.
Oversee AI applications, including retrieval augmented generation and Azure OpenAI.
Provide strategic oversight of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and related ecosystems.
Guide Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, security, and cost management.
Lead automation and integration initiatives across major platforms and tools.
Direct M Files document management architecture and integration with Salesforce and Azure.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, PMO, and business leadership; communicate complex tech strategies to executives.
