CEF Industries, LLC. seeks a VP of Operations to lead manufacturing, machine shop, assembly, test, facilities maintenance, procurement, planning and safety. This role owns performance, capital expenditures, and team development, driving results in on-time delivery, cost savings, and annual improvements.

The candidate will partner with the President and senior leaders to shape growth, implement data-driven decisions, and build a high-performing operations culture, including AS9100 readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field; 10+ years direct industry experience.
• MBA preferred; aero pace and Defense Industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-function operations organization with full accountability for results.
• Deliver >95% on-time delivery of quality product to customers.
• Drive productivity, cost savings, and continuous improvement through strategy and metrics.
• Improve internal machine shop OTD and lead the team to achieve earned hour targets.
• Partner with President, Finance, Sales and senior leaders to drive growth and strategy.
• Model an owners mindset; data-driven decisions and operating discipline.
• Present quarterly operational metrics to Corporate Executives.
