Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Global OPEX Leader for Golf Pride. This strategic role involves leading Continuous Improvement and EHS initiatives as part of the Global Operations Leadership Team. The role focuses on enhancing manufacturing efficiency, driving business process improvements, and establishing a world-class safety culture within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in continuous improvement and operations management, with technical expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This position offers an annual salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 along with a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in continuous improvement, EHS, and/or operations management.
• Technical CI expertise: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and daily management.
• EHS expertise: Familiarity with safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CI and EHS functions and develop capability roadmap.
• Partner with teams to improve manufacturing and business processes.
• Build and deploy a unified framework for CI and EHS.
