Job summary

Bidgely is seeking a Vice President of Customer Onboarding and Professional Services to lead a global consulting team delivering the UtilityAI platform to utilities worldwide. You will own the full services lifecycle from onboarding to launch and ongoing professional services, with a focus on scaling, productizing offerings, and executive client leadership.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in professional services or enterprise software, deep delivery governance, and a proven track record

Qualifications

15+ years leading professional services or enterprise software delivery.
Experience building and scaling a multi-disciplinary services team.
Proven ownership of a services P&L and revenue forecasting.
Strong executive presence with C-level client relationships.
Track record partnering with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps.
Experience applying AI/automation to scale services delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead a 40+ person services organization including delivery, PM, architects, and consultants.
Own services strategy, governance, and go-to-market packaging.
Manage budgeting, pricing standards, and change orders.
Engage with utilities at executive level to drive outcomes and expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless contract through steady state.
