Job summary

Bidgely is seeking a Director, Project Management to lead its most strategic, high-touch enterprise engagements and own the onboarding portfolio. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, steer executive committees, forecast timelines and budgets, and shape delivery methodology for large-scale implementations.

This remote US role offers growth at a fast-scaling AI energy company with strong customer impact and leadership opportunities within Customer Onboarding.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of program or project management experience at a SaaS company.
• Prior experience at a utility, utility software/tech company, or consulting for utility clients.
• Experience leading executive steering committees and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong functional and customer management skills with translating requirements into delivery decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales.
• Experience owning project financials (budget, margin, cost tracking) for large engagements.
• Experience building portfolio-level reporting, KPIs, and forecasting models.
• Experience driving large internal programs end-to-end including change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong executive presence.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive with a customer-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Delivery: Own delivery outcomes for top enterprise engagements from onboarding through launch.
• Lead executive committees and senior stakeholder relationships as primary client escalation point.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate business requirements into implementation plans and solution design decisions.
• Oversee project financials including cost tracking, budget, and margins.
• Represent Bidgely in executive reviews and strategic account presentations.
• Contribute to proposals and statements of work for complex deals.
• Practice & Portfolio Management: Own portfolio reporting and forecasting, including timelines and revenue trends.
• Define portfolio KPIs and report to executives on cadence.
• Monitor customer sentiment to ensure strong post-launch outcomes and renewals.
• Improve Bidgely's implementation methodology, tooling, and training curriculums.
• Partner with Sales on deal structuring for strategic pursuits.
• Contribute to proposals and statements of work for new engagements.
