Job summary

Padagis is seeking an experienced technology and people leader to steer our global Information Technology organization at the VP level. This role can be based at facilities in Grand Rapids MI, Minneapolis MN, or Piedmont SC, or fully remote within the US.

You will guide IT strategy, governance, security, and operations across the enterprise, integrating acquisitions, managing budgets and vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in regulated industry (pharma, transportation, food production, medical devices, cosmetics, or government regulatory) at Senior Director level or above.
• Proven track record delivering IT solutions that enable business growth and innovation.
• Experience managing complex IT projects, vendors, and contracts; SAP environment and SAP implementations/upgrades experience required.
• Strong knowledge of IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proven leadership in integrating an acquired company’s systems as part of M&A activity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the IT strategy and roadmap for the organization.
• Ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with the business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems across the enterprise.
• Manage the IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
• Oversee systems implementations and upgrades and the migration/integration of newly acquired organizations/systems into existing systems.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure the compliance of IT systems and processes with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide overall accountability to information security matters, including risk assessment, mitigation, and incident response.
