Job summary

Padagis LLC seeks an experienced technology and people leader to head its global IT organization at the VP level. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and can be based in Grand Rapids, MI; Minneapolis, MN; Piedmont, SC; or fully remote within the US.

You will lead IT strategy, roadmap, and oversee operations, security, applications, and systems; manage budgets, vendors, and contracts; drive integrations during mergers and acquisitions; ensure regulatory compliance and information

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a regulated industry including Senior Director level or above
• Experience delivering IT solutions that enable business growth and innovation
• Experience overseeing SAP implementations and upgrades and managing complex IT projects and vendors

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IT strategy and roadmap for the organization
• Ensure IT initiatives align with business goals and objectives
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems
• Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts
• Oversee system migrations and integration of acquired organizations
• Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of IT systems and processes
• Provide accountability for information security, including risk assessment and incident response
