Job summary

Padagis LLC seeks an experienced technology and people leader to guide its global IT organization at the VP level. The role offers options to be based in Grand Rapids, MI; Minneapolis, MN; Piedmont, SC; or fully remote within the United States.

You will drive IT strategy, oversee operations, security, and systems, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance while integrating acquired businesses into the platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership in regulated industries such as pharma, logistics, or medical devices.
• Senior Director level or above experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering IT solutions enabling growth and innovation.
• Experience with SAP implementations/upgrades and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems enterprise-wide.
• Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
• Oversee migrations and integrations of acquired companies’ systems (M&A).
• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide accountability for information security risk assessment, mitigation, and incident response.
