Job summary

Padagis LLC seeks a senior IT leader at the VP level to shape and drive our global IT strategy. This role can be based at Grand Rapids, MI; Minneapolis, MN; Piedmont, SC, or fully remote within the US, reporting to the COO.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in regulated industries, with strong SAP experience and a history of successful IT program delivery, mergers, and integrations. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in regulated industries.
Proven track record delivering IT solutions that enable business growth.
Experience managing complex IT projects, vendors, and contracts, with SAP implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of IT strategy and roadmap.
Ensure IT initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems.
Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
Oversee system integrations and migrations for acquisitions.
Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of IT systems and processes.
Provide accountability for information security matters, including risk assessment and incident response.
