Job summary

Padagis is seeking an experienced technology and people leader to direct our global IT organization, reporting to the COO. This VP-level role can be based at multiple US facilities or fully remote.

You will shape IT strategy, oversee operations and security, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and ensure systems integrate with acquisitions while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive IT leadership in a regulated industry (pharma, transportation, food, medical devices, cosmetics, or government).
• Experience at Senior Director level or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of IT strategy and roadmap for the organization.
• Ensure IT initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems enterprise-wide.
• Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
