Padagis LLC seeks an experienced technology and people leader to steer the IT organization at the VP level. The role reports to the COO and can be based in Grand Rapids, MI; Minneapolis, MN; Piedmont, SC; or fully remote within the US.

You will drive IT strategy, oversee operations, security, and applications, manage the budget and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning IT with business goals and leading transformational initiatives such as SAP deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems.
• 15+ years IT leadership experience in regulated industries.
• Proven track record delivering IT solutions enabling business growth.
• Experience with SAP implementations and upgrades.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of the IT strategy and roadmap.
• Align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems.
• Manage the IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
• Oversee system migrations and integrations for acquisitions.
• Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of IT systems.
• Oversee information security, risk management and incident response.
