Job summary

Padagis LLC seeks an experienced technology and people leader to run our global IT organization at the VP level. You will shape IT strategy, align initiatives with business goals, and report to the COO.

This role can be based at our Grand Rapids, MI; Minneapolis, MN; or Piedmont, SC facilities, or be fully remote across the United States. You will lead IT operations, security, governance, SAP programs, and vendor management, while ensuring regulatory compliance and successful integrations of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience in regulated industry, including Senior Director level or above.
• Proven track record delivering IT solutions enabling business growth and innovation.
• Experience managing complex IT projects, vendors, and contracts, with SAP environment experience and SAP upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proven leadership in integrating an acquired company and its systems during M&A.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the IT strategy and roadmap for the organization.
• Ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with the business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems across the enterprise.
• Manage the IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
• Oversee systems implementations and upgrades of current systems and the migration and integration of newly acquired organizations/systems into existing systems.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure the compliance of IT systems and processes with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide overall accountability to information security matters, including risk assessment, mitigation, and incident response.
