Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations seeks an Executive Vice President of Digital Transformation & Technology to lead the company’s technology strategy and execution. You will align data, AI, and digital capabilities with strategic priorities, drive an enterprise-wide modernization, and shape governance across IT, ERP, and security.

Reporting to the President and partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, you will scale capabilities, foster an execution culture, and deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; additional experience considered in lieu of formal education.
• 15 years of progressive technology leadership with ERP, software development, infrastructure, or automation.
• Experience building and leading tech organizations and roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Strong governance, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT controls, audits, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technology roadmaps, governance, and measurable results.
• Define and execute a technology strategy supporting a decade of growth.
• Lead a high-performing tech organization with internal and external partners.
• Drive data strategy and responsible AI adoption to scale the business.
• Manage ERP modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems modernization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience to redesign processes.
• Champion data-driven decisions and self-service BI across the company.
• Maintain secure, reliable, and scalable technology foundations while enabling automation.
• Prioritize work, manage budgets, and ensure project delivery and adoption.
