Job summary

Advita Ortho seeks a Vice President of Information Technology to lead the global technology organization from Gainesville, FL. Reporting to the CFO, the role defines the enterprise technology strategy and ensures secure, scalable services aligned with growth and regulatory compliance.

The VP oversees enterprise applications, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT governance, and portfolio management, partnering with executives to drive transformation and optimize technology

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive information technology experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Eight (8) or more years of progressive technology leadership experience overseeing a broad portfolio of technology functions.
• Proven success developing and executing enterprise technology strategies for growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead delivery of applications, software development, infrastructure, and IT operations.
• Partner with executives to drive digital transformation and data-driven decisions.
• Establish enterprise standards for architecture, cybersecurity, risk management, and governance.
• Oversee project portfolio, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization across dispersed teams.
