• Strong capability to define and govern multi‑year digital experience roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into customer journeys in regulated settings.

• Define and own the global CDX vision, strategy and roadmap across regions and brands.
• Establish experience design principles aligned with Merz’s brand, values, and customer promise.
• Lead a journey‑first approach across digital, field, and service interactions.
• Be executive sponsor for global customer digital initiatives and ensure alignment with brand and enterprise priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end customer journey strategy and performance, including Discover, Engage, Purchase, Access, and Support.
• Drive measurement and insights to prioritize investments and improve engagement, growth, and loyalty.
• Build and govern a global CDX operating model with clear ownership and governance.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to maintain risk and content governance.
