• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in customer digital experience, digital transformation, product, or CX leadership.
• Strong background in consumer, retail, or FMCG environments with excellence in customer journey design.

Responsibilities

• Define global CDX vision, multi-year strategy and roadmap grounded in customer journeys.
• Establish experience design principles reflecting brand, values, and customer promises.
• Sponsor global customer digital initiatives ensuring alignment with brand and enterprise priorities.
• Own end-to-end journey strategy and performance, prioritizing improvements and outcomes.
