Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking an innovative, customer‑centric Director, Commercial Digital Center of Excellence to define and lead its digital commercial strategy, driving AI adoption and customer experience across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and IT.

The role requires 12+ years in enterprise digital transformation, 7+ years leading cross‑functional teams, and a proven track record building centers of excellence in regulated healthcare.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise digital transformation or commercial digital org.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience building Centers of Excellence in healthcare or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Define Nova Biomedical’s multi-year digital commercial strategy.
• Lead governance, standards, and transformation framework for the Center of Excellence.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Service, IT and Data/AI to drive value.
