You will partner with Brand, Data and Technology, Insights, Medical, and external agencies to define journeys, orchestrate omni-channel plans, and apply AI thoughtfully at scale, delivering value across patients and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in biopharma, brand strategy, or omnichannel engagement.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors with strategic alignment.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Business Unit and Brand marketers to translate brand strategy into coordinated HCP and patient experiences.
• Define priority customer journeys, activation roadmaps, and intended outcomes.
• Establish end-to-end ICX plans aligning channels, content, data, tech, and engagement priorities.
• Coordinate activation priorities across channels and cross-functional partners.
• Identify high-value AI-use cases for piloting and scaled adoption.
• Develop governance, KPIs, and agency/vendor expectations to support execution.
• Define success measures using data, feedback and market insights.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Brand, Data & Technology, Insights & Analytics, Medical and agencies.
