Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Vice President, Environment, Health, Safety & Compliance to lead the company’s safety culture and regulatory programs across a geographically dispersed field organization.

This executive role partners with Operations to reduce risk, drive incident prevention, and improve performance through data-driven oversight, policy execution, and leadership development. A proven track record in multi-site safety and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, Compliance, Fleet Safety, DOT/FMCSA Compliance, Environmental Compliance and Risk Management.
• Experience leading safety culture transformations across multi-site field organizations.
• Ability to leverage data to drive safety performance, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience with telematics, driver safety, and compliance programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of enterprise EHS&C strategies and risk management programs.
• Lead safety culture transformation across all branches and operating regions.
• Drive fleet safety excellence and transportation compliance through leadership and governance.
• Develop leading/lagging indicators and scorecards to monitor safety performance.
