Clarivate Plc seeks a visionary Vice President, Data Science to steer the Data Science & AI organization, turning advances in AI into scalable products and measurable business value. You will guide executive stakeholders, define multi-year AI roadmaps, and build a global team delivering production-grade AI solutions across IP and related domains.

You will lead strategy, governance, and cost optimization, partnering with product, engineering, and legal to ensure responsible AI and strong ROI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Data Science/ AI/ Analytics.
• 8+ years leading enterprise-scale global teams.
• Experience managing Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and MLOps pros.
• 7+ years defining AI strategy and delivering production-grade AI/ML systems.
• 7+ years in AI/ML with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI.
• 7+ years presenting AI strategy to executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the enterprise data science and AI vision aligned to business strategy.
• Differentiate products and customer experiences through AI initiatives.
• Create a multi-year roadmap for ML, Generative AI, and advanced analytics.
• Lead strategy, architecture, and implementation of Gen AI and Agentic AI.
• Build scalable AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation capabilities.
• Set standards for prompt engineering, retrieval, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Lead predictive modeling, forecasting, and analytics platforms.
• Translate opportunities into scalable AI solutions that drive decisions.
• Define foundation model strategy, deployment, and cost optimization.
• Establish enterprise standards for responsible AI, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Build and develop a global Data Science & AI organization with accountability.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and executives to align AI with priorities.
• Establish KPIs for AI adoption, ROI, and value delivery.
