Job summary

Prudential Financial seeks a Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI Architect to shape the company’s data & AI future across multiple platforms and governance structures. You will define target architectures, roadmaps, and governance while partnering with the Chief Data & AI Office to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead strategy, platform leadership, and hands-on delivery across data platforms, lakehouse architectures, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives—balancing innovation

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data architecture initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate data/AI strategy into platform designs.
• Strong governance and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Prudential’s Enterprise Data & AI Architecture vision and roadmaps.
• Lead development of data products, lakehouse patterns, metadata, and governance.
• Collaborate with CDAIO and EA leaders to scale enterprise Data & AI capabilities.
