TransUnion LLC seeks a visionary VP of Data Science and Analytics to lead enterprise AI R&D, combining classical AI and Generative AI to build scalable platforms and differentiated products. You will guide a diverse team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists, partnering across Product, Solutions, and Engineering to embed AI across customer solutions in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires executive communication, strategic leadership, and a PhD in AI/CS or equivalent expertise.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in AI/ML with leadership of large-scale AI R&D and measurable impact.
• Experience building AI-powered products combining generative and classical AI in production.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid AI system design across symbolic, deterministic and learning approaches.
• Executive communication and cross-functional leadership guiding AI systems from research to commercialization.
• PhD in AI/CS or equivalent advanced expertise.
