Daikin Applied seeks a visionary leader to own the Data Center Solutions strategy, uniting global priorities with North American opportunities. You will guide a cross-functional team across strategy, portfolio, and business development to accelerate growth, profitability, and market leadership in data center services and products.

Ideal candidate has deep data center market knowledge, finance acumen, and a proven track record in leading large teams through complex integrations and acquisitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets; including 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional strategies resulting in sales growth and positive customer satisfaction scores.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio Management: define global Data Center Solutions strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee General Management: drive organization alignment, annual operating plans, and integration of acquisitions.
• Drive Business Development: expand opportunities with national accounts and rep networks.
• Partner with finance to build business cases, ROIs, and budgeting/forecasting.
• Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and influence without formal authority.
