Job summary

Equinix in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Global Procurement Leader to direct end-to-end strategies for capital equipment, power infrastructure, and related construction projects. You will partner with Construction, Design, Engineering, Finance and Legal to align priorities with the business case and ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in procurement leadership, strong cost analysis skills, and a track record of negotiating complex high-value agreements across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience leading global capital programs and major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts and manage supplier risk.

Responsibilities

• Set and optimize global procurement strategies for capital equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead major capital equipment programs and manage significant spend.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and regional leaders to align procurement with business plans.
• Develop supplier capacity, continuity plans, and forecast demand across geographies.
• Drive governance, KPIs and reporting to executive leadership.
• Oversee warehousing and logistics to align with project schedules.
• Identify risks early and implement cross-functional mitigations.
