This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading cross‑functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and delivering high‑impact insights to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in communications, media intelligence, measurement, analytics, or digital comms.
• Ability to design measurement strategies and translate data for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with media intelligence tools and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design measurement strategies and embed data-informed decision making across global teams.
• Identify AI, automation, and tech opportunities to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Develop robust dashboards and tell data stories for leadership and teams.
• Prepare strategic insights and high-impact recommendations for executives.
• Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and engagement.
• Drive platform adoption and training for media intelligence tools.
• Continuously improve tools, workflows, and user experiences.
• Lead cross-functional programs across time zones and partners.
