Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic communications plans for Citi's Services franchise.
• Manage executive messaging, media interviews, and internal communications.
• Lead social media strategy for Services executives and related channels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to amplify Citi channels internally and externally.
• Support events and strategic narratives across leaders, regions, and platforms.
