Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of Monthly Sales Productivity Metrics.
• Develop client value methodologies across regions, including JANA.
• Consolidate client feedback data into actionable intelligence.
• Create a monthly Client One Pager for Citi's large clients.
• Collaborate with Finance, Coalition, and Client Insight teams.
• Build self-serve analytics capabilities with AI-assisted dashboards.
