Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a senior Global Mobility/HR Operations leader to manage expatriates and foreign national employees in the USA. You will supervise the relocation, background checks, I-9, and visa processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, driving policy improvements, and delivering high-quality support to regional HR teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of government rules and compliance for mobility programs.
• Experience handling PERM, I-9, visas and related documentation.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6+ contractors and/or RFTs across mobility processes.
• Oversee background checks, relocations, and I-9 policies and compliance.
• Manage PERM, visa processes, and related adjudication.
• Coordinate onboarding for expats including housing and support.
• Drive process improvements and ensure SLA adherence.
