For our client, we are seeking a Global Vice President, Services to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This executive will lead the global services function and shape the operating model that supports customers across multiple regions. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening service delivery consistency, and building the leadership team needed to scale the organization. It also calls for close collaboration across operations, commercial, and customer support teams to improve the end-to-end lifecycle experience.

Location: Woburn, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 - $250,000 annually

• Establish a globally consistent service operating model with standardized processes
