Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Vice President, Services to join a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role shapes and executes the global services strategy with direct accountability for growth, profitability, and the operating model across regions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. You will build a scalable services organization that supports the full customer lifecycle, drive digital service capabilities, and strengthen a global network of partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in global services or related fields.
• Must be located in the United States and travel up to 30%.
• Experience designing and building multi-region services organizations preferred.
• Proven ownership of a services P&L with accountability for growth and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global services strategy and business model.
• Build and scale the global services organization.
• Establish a globally consistent service operating model with standardized processes.
• Own the global Services P&L, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Vice President, Services to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This leader will shape and execute the global services strategy, with direct accountability for growth, profitability, and the operating model across regions. The role is responsible for building a scalable services organization that supports the full customer lifecycle, from installation through ongoing support. This position will also drive digital service capabilities and strengthen a global network of partners and suppliers to improve operational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually
