Job summary

Prodapt seeks an Associate Director – Varicent Product Delivery to lead strategic delivery, transformation, and operational excellence across Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) programs using the Varicent platform.

The ideal candidate will oversee large portfolios, drive customer success, mentor delivery leaders, and ensure successful execution of complex Varicent programs for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• 18+ years IT experience.
• 8+ years Varicent ICM/SPM delivery experience.
• 5+ years leading large delivery teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Varicent delivery, migration, enhancement, and managed services engagements.
• Lead large-scale SPM and ICM transformation programs across global organizations.
• Define delivery strategy, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
• Manage project portfolios involving multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and business value realization.
