Job summary

Labcorp in Durham, NC seeks a Manager, Incentive Compensation Systems (Varicent ICM) to lead the configuration, deployment, and governance of the Varicent platform within a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensure data accuracy and security, and drive system upgrades and performance improvements. A strong background in Varicent design and data modeling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a manager of Varicent ICM application.
• 6+ years’ experience designing and implementing Varicent ICM.
• 6+ years’ experience with Varicent ELT, Composer, Reports and Dashboards and Workflow Configuration.
• 6+ years’ experience with Varicent Data Modeling, Calculation Engine Design and Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Varicent ICM platform.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage data integration between Varicent and other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday, data warehouses, and billing systems.
• Oversee system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all compensation processes.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and availability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Varicent support as needed.
