Partner Company is seeking a seasoned leader to build a global reseller and channel ecosystem. Initially an individual contributor, you will recruit strategic VARs and drive first partner-sourced bookings.

Success is measured by transacting partners, registered deals, pipeline contribution, and closed bookings. The role reports to senior leadership in a remote-first, results-driven environment, with equity participation and comprehensive health benefits.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in channel, reseller, or partner sales within infrastructure software or AI infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Own global VAR and channel strategy, including partner recruitment, activation, and commercial execution.
• Design and manage partner commercial models, deal registration, and Partner of Record processes.
• Lead partner enablement, joint marketing, MDF allocation, and build the future channel organization.
