Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an entrepreneurial Global Product Manager to own the global industrial valve portfolio. You will lead multi-year roadmaps, drive portfolio profitability, and manage strategic growth across Power, Chemical, Energy, and General Industrial sectors.

You will collaborate with global manufacturing, engineering, and sales channels to translate market requirements into high-impact engineering solutions, leveraging VOC research and data models in Excel and Power BI to monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, commercial strategy, product specialization, or technical sales within industrial fluid motion and flow control markets.
• Direct technical domain expertise in industrial valves, with a focus on quarter-turn technologies or severe-service isolation valves.
• Proven track record executing commercial growth and product capture strategies across Power, Chemical Processing, Hydrocarbons/Energy, or General Industrial end markets.
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success influencing global stakeholders across international facilities and time zones.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own, execute, and deliver the 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic product roadmap and portfolio financial performance.
• Direct end-to-end product lifecycle management from business case to stage-gate commercialization and lifecycle rationalization.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies to capture market share and analyze pricing dynamics and distribution channels.
• Lead VOC research to translate customer needs into prioritized initiatives.
• Partner with global manufacturing and regional commercial teams to optimize supply-chain footprints and capacity.
• Direct project timelines, design enhancements, and cross-functional stage-gate deliverables for launches.
• Leverage Excel and Power BI to monitor pipeline health, product profitability, and distributor trends.
