Job summary

IFS in Minnesota is seeking a Global Director of Business Value Engineering to advance the BVE practice across the company. You will lead a global team, shape strategies for sales, presales and post-sales, and ensure high-quality execution of BVEmethodology across functions and partners.

This role requires strong leadership, software industry experience, and travel flexibility. You will report into the Corporate team, drive innovations, and champion value realization in customer engagements

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience within a software business of a similar scale.
• Experience in establishing a practice across functions.
• Deep understanding of presales and sales methods and processes in a software company.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for strategic customer engagement, team meetings or company events.
• Appropriate post graduate education, university degree, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Desirable industry experience in a user environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the BVE practice across the organization.
• Build networks for project management, staff coordination, and quality review.
• Drive strategy for sales, pre-sales, and post-sales to embed BVE.
• Lead a global team in a matrixed organization.
• Provide C-level reporting and track BVE activity.
• Drive adoption of BVE methods across functions and partners.
