Job summary

IFS is seeking a Global Director in the Corporate team to further develop the BVE practice across sales, presales, and services. You will build networks internationally to ensure project management, staff coordination, strategic oversight, coaching, and quality review, driving excellence across teams.

You will shape strategies for sales, pre-sales, and post-sales to embed BVE disciplines throughout the customer journey, with a focus on high-quality execution and collaboration across functions

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills within a software business environment.
• Experience establishing a BVE or similar practice across multiple functions.
• Deep understanding of presales and sales methods in a software company.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize the BVE practice (strategy, roadmap, process, tooling).
• Lead a team of global BVE experts in a large, matrixed organization.
• Report to C-level and create board packs and activity tracking.
• Drive partner adoption of BVE discipline and value realization in engagements.
• Advise customers on value topics at the C-suite level and across functions.
