Ladders is seeking a Global Category Lead - Value & Access, Associate Director to shape procurement strategy for Value & Access in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech sector. This remote role partners with Finance to strengthen sourcing decisions, improve OPEX productivity, and support GTN performance.

You will build governance, create multi-year category plans, and develop supplier ecosystems to deliver measurable business impact across geographies.

Formación

• Experience leading procurement in Value & Access or Market Access within biotech or pharma.
• Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and market access dynamics.
• Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting and supplier economics.
• Experience developing multi-year category strategies.

• Serve as trusted advisor on supplier capabilities and market dynamics.
• Build relationships across stakeholders to align procurement priorities with business needs.
• Develop multi-year category strategies with demand and market insights.
