You will lead a small team of category managers, own strategic supplier relationships, and shape contracting frameworks to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in procurement or related functions within complex global organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies and governance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead category strategies maximizing enterprise value from external spend through cost optimization, innovation, risk management, sustainability, and growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to align category priorities with organizational objectives and ensure external spend supports critical business outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, finance, legal, and procurement teams to deliver End-2-End category strategies and initiatives.
• Manage a small team of category managers.
• Own contracting and commercial strategy across the portfolio, including MSA management and downstream agreements.
