The role requires strong procurement leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate complex access needs into practical category actions that support affordability and patient access worldwide.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen in pharma.
• Ability to translate pricing and access needs into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on supplier capabilities, market dynamics.
• Develop multi-year category strategies across pricing and access.
• Build supplier ecosystem to improve speed, quality and outcomes.
• Structure commercial models balancing capability and value.
• Track value delivery and governance with KPIs.
• Partner with Finance to improve OPEX productivity and GTN.
• Drive adoption of procurement and cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor governance and adapt to evolving access environment.
