Job summary

Amgen seeks a Director, Global Value & Access Business Development to shape pricing and access strategies for BD opportunities. You will partner with cross-functional teams across GV&A, US Contracts & Pricing, Global CD&A, and Marketing to inform revenue forecasts and risk management.

Strong data analysis, payer market knowledge, and executive communication are essential. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, driving strategic insights, leading pricing discussions, and supporting deal

Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 4 years of market access or payer experience, or including business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Master’s degree and 7 years of market access or payer experience, or including business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of market access or payer experience, or including business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Responsibilities

BD point of contact for GV&A input on pricing, access and coverage assumptions within BD commercial assessments.
Coordinate with regional and country V&A and cross-functional partners to align on GV&A assumptions.
Research & Analysis. Drive fit-for-purpose research on BD targets using key databases and BD diligence material.
Commercial Assessment. Provide price and access assumptions for BD revenue forecasts.
BD Process. Participate in deal governance and project meetings to align GV&A inputs with cross-functional teams.
Additional opportunity to lead strategic projects or serve as Access Strategy Lead for internal products
