Job summary

Amgen seeks a senior analytics professional to join our Value & Access team in the United States. The role partners with Global and US Value & Access, Coverage & Pricing, and Market Access to deliver analytics, dashboards, and launch-ready tools for payer and reimbursement decisions.

You will work with Payer Marketing, Pricing/Contracting, and Brand Marketing to understand the US managed markets and guide access strategies, with a focus on Obesity and other therapies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelor’s with relevant experience in healthcare strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with payer market insight.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and stakeholders.
• Experience in US payer environment and contracting processes.
• Knowledge of pharma data sources and contracting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build analytics and launch-ready tools for payer, access, and reimbursement topics.
• Collaborate with Global and US teams across Value & Access, Pricing, and Brand Marketing.
• Develop payer market insights to guide coverage and pricing strategies.
• Integrate multiple data sources to uncover deep insights for decision making.
• Lead analytical modules for contracting and employer-specific strategies.
