Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles within the Aluminum or related industries.
• Strong industry knowledge and track record of success leading global commercial teams.
• Experience in change-management with driving engagement and adoption.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Global mindset and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates annual target-setting for V3x30 objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinates global V3x30 communications and awards.
• Integrates V3x30 with the broader business.
• Drives decisions and actions to support Portfolio Leads in capability building.
• Ensures flawless and timely preparation of materials for ExCom briefing meetings.
• Maintains single point of truth on pipeline and roadblocks.
• Collaborates with Regional Finance and Sustainability Leads on program impact.
• Provides program performance transparency.
• Briefs senior leadership on transformation and internal communications.
• Validates Accolade reporting for V3x30 performance.
