Novelis seeks a Global V3x30 Director in Atlanta to drive the 2030 strategy, manage dashboards and target-setting, and coordinate global communications. You will work with executives to integrate V3x30 into the business and ensure data integrity across KPI dashboards.

The role requires a global mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed to lead and influence across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in aluminum or related industries.
• Strong industry knowledge and global networks; track record in revenue growth.
• Experience in change-management with broad employee engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrates annual target-setting for V3x30 objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinates global V3x30 communications and awards.
• Integrates V3x30 with the broader business strategy.
• Drives decisions and actions; supports Initiative/Project Owners.
• Prepares ExCom materials with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains single source of truth on pipeline and roadblocks.
• Ensures transparency of program performance to leadership.
• Briefs senior leadership on transformation and updates.
