Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, Experience Design, or related field.
• 5+ years in user research and usability testing.
• 2+ years in senior UX roles for digital products.
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design.
• Portfolio with usability research case studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead usability testing and accessibility strategies to inform product design.
• Analyze KPIs and share data-driven UX recommendations.
• Develop study plans with goals, hypotheses, metrics.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams across functions.
• Coach others in research methods and accessibility principles.
