Job summary

Hotel Corporation seeks a UI/UX Researcher to advance its UX research practice across Sales/Meetings and Events and the Search team. The role will act as an expert consultant for product teams, understanding guest sentiment and behaviors to inform innovative experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate blends creative thinking with pragmatic execution, and will deliver actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative studies, interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a user experience researcher.
• Experience in digital web, mobile web, and native app research, with B2C research preferred.
• Expertise in conducting interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and unmoderated user experience research techniques.
• Skills in research design, facilitation, and analysis.
• Capability to clearly communicate research findings through presentations and written documentation.
• Experience working with researchers, designers, and product teams to drive design thinking and lean/agile practices.
• Experience overseeing research projects with enterprise software in complex user environments.
• Background in hypothesis-driven, continuous learning and evolving the design and discovery process.
