Gravity Global is seeking an experienced UX Designer for its Digital Experience team. You will lead discovery, define information architecture, and drive UX handoffs for complex web projects in a global agency environment.

The role emphasizes user-centered design, strategy, and collaboration across US-based clients and international teams, with remote work flexibility and strong emphasis on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX experience, preferably with complex B2B websites.
• Experience leading client-facing UX strategy and delivery in an agency or consultancy.
• Ability to translate goals into IA, journeys, wireframes, and handoffs.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery and UX strategy engagements with stakeholder interviews and audits.
• Translate business goals and user needs into UX recommendations and architecture.
• Own UX workstreams from discovery to design handoff and ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with PM, strategy, content, SEO, and development to align decisions.
• Provide guidance on accessibility, usability, and measurable performance.
