Job summary

Qualified Digital is seeking an Experience Strategy/UX Lead to join our fast-growing CX team. This full-time remote role in the United States offers the chance to advise clients with expert strategic guidance and lead UX research, testing, and design initiatives.

You will translate user insights into compelling design concepts and prototypes, and create workshops with client teams to drive outcomes. Experience at an agency and CMS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a UX designer or professional at an agency.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS is a plus.
