Qualified Digital (QD) is seeking an Experience Strategy/UX Lead to join our fast-growing CX team in a full-time, remote position. The role blends strategic vision with practical day-to-day guidance, shaping UX research, testing, and design strategies for client engagements.

The candidate will define personas, journeys, and experience flows, work within a design system, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver customer value across the digital experience lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 6+ years as a UX designer or agency professional.
• Complete familiarity and expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables and activities.
• Figma proficiency is required.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; ability to communicate clearly to clients.
• Ability to lead projects and initiatives with some oversight from a Director-level UX practitioner.
• Ability to create high-quality UX deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS.
• Experience with healthcare organizations and B2B is a plus.

• Draft measurement plans to prove value pre- and post-launch.
• Define personas, journey maps, and experience flows from research.
