Qualifications

• 8+ years in Renewal/Account/CS/GTM ops in enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Cross-functional co-selling with renewal teams and M&T Specialists.
• Experience structuring commercial deals and BOMs.
• SaaS renewal lifecycles and entitlement tracking knowledge.
• Ability to discuss security concepts and manage global deals.
• Hands-on execution across global regions.
• CRM & analytics proficiency (Salesforce, Tableau, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Global renewal-led upsell execution across ACV expansion and cross-sell.
• Align with Idira Renewal Team to monitor renewal cohorts globally.
• Collaborate with M&T Specialists for proposals and transitions.
• Create BOMs and model commercial transitions with Finance.
• Conduct entitlement audits to identify overconsumption.
• Develop rep-facing resources like calculators and playbooks.
• Coordinate with Product, Finance, and regional sales to move deals.
• Maintain CRM and dashboards for pipeline visibility.
